MONDAY THROUGH FRIDAY 8:00 AM TO 4:30 PM
(Shields Family Pharmacy Hours are 9:00 am to 6:00 pm)
SPECIAL PATIENT & CAREGIVER POLICY
For the protection of our patients and team members during the COVID-19 (coronavirus) outbreak, we are putting special restrictions in place for caregivers.
Please read and follow the instructions below:
- Caregivers who are experiencing signs of illness cannot enter the building with the patient.
- 1 caregiver will be allowed for each patient visit.
- 2 caregivers will be allowed for pediatric visits only.
- Siblings of patients will not be permitted.
- All patients and caregivers will be asked screening questions and undergo temperature assessment.
- All patients and caregivers MUST wear a mask at all times during their visit.
- AT ALL TIMES, follow hand hygiene and any other protection that is needed.
